Advanced Modeler Module

Four Advanced Analysis modules are available to extend the analysis capabilities of the product. These modules may be ordered individually or in groups. The four Advanced Analysis modules are:

Maintenance, Enhancements, and Support
Maintenance, Enhancements and Support (MES) are included for ninety (90) days with the purchase of the product. You may purchase the product with Maintenance to extend MES for one full year including up to twelve incidents of Support. Maintenance includes delivery of updates containing corrections and enhancements. Support includes the answering of technical questions regarding the use of MSC.visualNastran for Windows through email or by phone. An incident includes all support efforts relating to a single customer issue and may include more than one telephone call. If the incident is the result of the software not performing as documented then the incident is not counted against the total for that customer. A copy of the license included with the software package must be signed by the Licensee's authorized representative and returned to MSC.Software before Maintenance and Support will be provided. Automatic product updates will be delivered if you have licensed the current version of the software and your maintenance contract is current.
